Discover my journey in architecture, design, and innovation.
I’m Mehdi Hajiamouassar, an architectural designer with a passion for creating spaces that balance beauty, function, and innovation. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked across Turkey, Iran, and beyond—designing everything from intimate cafés to large-scale commercial facilities—with one constant: a commitment to transforming ideas into environments that inspire and serve.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about how spaces shape human experiences. After earning my degrees in Architectural Engineering (B.Eng. and M.Eng.), I honed my skills in BIM integration, 3D visualization, and interior design, working with firms like Salex Sport and Pey Ayeezh Co., where I led projects that married technical rigor with creative storytelling. Today, as a freelance designer in Istanbul, I collaborate directly with clients to craft tailored solutions, whether it’s a luxury apartment in Haifa, a vibrant restaurant interior, or a cutting-edge cleanroom lab.
Beyond software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max), what drives my work is a belief that architecture should elevate everyday life. I thrive on solving spatial puzzles—optimizing flow in a retail showroom, enhancing athlete performance in a gym, or ensuring a café’s layout fosters connection. My multicultural background (fluent in English, Persian, and Turkish) fuels my adaptability and sensitivity to diverse contexts.
When I’m not drafting or rendering, you’ll find me sketching new concepts, exploring Istanbul’s architectural gems, or studying how sustainability can be woven into modern design. Let’s build something meaningful together.
